Skin Care created with a Kiss

A discussion with a paediatrician is where this story begins.  And the topic of discussion? ‘The incessant itch’.

Kiss Skin Care is the brainchild of Jennifer Bache and came about because Jennifer’s son, Charlie, suffered from chronic eczema.

“It was so severe, incredibly irritated, dry and itchy and he was only a young baby”, says Jennifer.

After discovering that a blend of natural ingredients was the only thing that could soothe his symptoms, Jennifer decided to handcraft her own range of natural botanical potions. The result; a range of natural skin care products that contain effective and pure ingredients to help nourish, soothe and protect the skin.

Its tagline ‘Stubbornly Natural’ rings true thanks to the products’ ability to nourish, heal and regenerate the skin naturally. The products are also free of synthetic ingredients and harsh chemicals making them an obvious choice for anyone concerned about their skin absorbing nasties through product application. ‘They’re that good; you could eat the products’, Jennifer laughs.

The range of Kiss Skin Care combines the healing properties of rosehip oil with many other natural ingredients - think manuka honey, grapefruit and green tea extracts, jojoba and carrot seed & frankincense oil - to name a few – all chosen to nurture, balance and appease the skin.

If you think back, it wasn’t so long ago, that natural skin care was a jar or pot with a green leaf on the front of the packaging, collecting dust at the back of a health food shop. Jennifer has found that natural skincare is now a significant player in the Skin Care industry and believes that consumers have become savvy about what's in the ointments and lotions they apply to their skin, and to their children’s skin. The Kiss Skin Care range is available at various stockist or through the website at
